Field Kit Purchase Terms

These terms are an implementation draft. The business name, support contact, governing law, payment provider, warranty scope, return process, and the confirmed shipping window must be completed before accepting money.

1. What the purchase is

An order placed through checkout is a completed purchase of one Fast Radio Survey first-production Field Kit at $2,495 plus applicable tax and shipping. A purchase does not represent regulatory acceptance or acceptance by an authority having jurisdiction, and does not guarantee project-specific suitability.

2. Price and what is included

The $2,495 kit price includes the complete Field Kit as described on the order page—the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Lite tablet, serialized receiver, antenna and case, the offline survey application, and first-year updates, support, warranty, and customer-portal access. There is no additional balance, deposit, or hidden charge beyond tax and shipping collected at checkout.

3. No automatic renewal charges

A purchase does not enroll the customer in the optional $995 per active kit/year Assurance Renewal. Nothing renews or charges automatically; the customer must affirmatively accept any renewal terms after the included first year.

4. Product status and calibration

The Android field-workflow MVP and the customer-portal backend—activation-code licensing, signed per-serial calibration profiles, and evidence uploads—are built. The production per-unit calibration process is still in validation. No receiver ships until its serial has passed the production calibration process and the applicable release gates.

5. Delivery timing

Kits are built, calibrated, and shipped within 4 weeks of order. If Fast Radio Survey cannot ship within the stated window, it will notify the customer with a revised date; the customer may consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt full refund. Absent the customer's affirmative consent to a delay, Fast Radio Survey will issue the refund without requiring a request.

6. Cancellation, refunds, and returns

The customer may cancel for a full refund to the original payment method at any time before the kit ships. Fast Radio Survey will not deduct payment-processing fees from the promised refund. After delivery, returns and remedies are governed by the warranty and the return process stated on the order acknowledgment. 7. Qualified use and AHJ responsibility

Fast Radio Survey is intended for qualified professionals. Test methods, equipment suitability, code requirements, documentation, and AHJ acceptance vary by project and jurisdiction and remain the customer’s responsibility. A purchase or report does not represent AHJ approval.

8. Warranty and support

The first year includes updates, support, and hardware warranty coverage for the kit. [Counsel: complete the warranty scope, exclusions, claim process, and any jurisdiction-required consumer-rights language before activation.]
