Information collected on this site

The landing page itself does not collect form submissions or payment-card information. Standard web-server logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and request time for security and operations.

Hosted checkout

If checkout is activated, the customer leaves this site for a hosted payment provider. That provider collects the information needed to process the order, issue a receipt, prevent fraud, and provide refunds under its own privacy terms. Fast Radio Survey may receive contact details, payment status, transaction identifiers, and other checkout information, but not full payment-card numbers.

How order information is used

Order information may be used to confirm payment, fulfill and ship the order, provision customer-portal access and licensing, qualify intended professional use, provide support and calibration updates, and process cancellation or refund requests.

Retention and sharing

Complete this section before launch with actual retention periods and service providers. Order information should be retained only as needed for accounting, customer service, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and the customer relationship, and should not be sold.
